Our Philosophy
A residence should respond without demanding attention. We bring its systems into quiet alignment, preserving the architect’s vision while making every room feel instinctively comfortable.
— ORLUX — Architectural Intelligence
From the first drawing to the final scene, every discipline is designed to work in concert.
Layered lighting and carefully calibrated scenes reveal materials, define atmosphere, and follow the rhythm of the day.
02Climate control and motorized shades balance daylight, privacy, and temperature without interrupting the interior.
03Architecturally integrated audio and discreet video systems bring exceptional entertainment to living spaces and dedicated cinemas.
04Surveillance, entry control, and considered alerts offer reassurance through a unified interface.
05Engineered wired and wireless networks provide the dependable foundation every connected residence requires.
06Occupancy and environmental sensors inform responsive automation, allowing the residence to anticipate familiar routines.
A complete residential intelligence ecosystem, conceived as one architecture rather than a collection of devices.
Lighting, climate, shades, audio/video, security, networking, sensors, and automation operate together rather than in isolation.
Refined keypads and unified controls make everyday interactions clear, while routine adjustments happen quietly in the background.
Concealed equipment, coordinated finishes, and considered placement preserve sightlines and the integrity of each room.
Documented infrastructure and adaptable programming allow the residence to accommodate changing routines and future requirements.
Residential settings that illustrate our approach to atmosphere, integration, and everyday living.
A structured collaboration, from architectural intent to a residence that responds naturally.
We explore the architecture, daily routines, priorities, and expectations before defining the scope.
We develop coordinated system plans, infrastructure requirements, control locations, and scenes alongside the design team.
We coordinate installation, program each interaction, and commission the systems together.
We introduce the controls, adjust settings around lived experience, and provide ongoing support.
Design Partners
“The architecture leads. ORLUX collaborates with architects and interior designers early, resolving infrastructure, equipment locations, and interfaces before they become compromises.”
For developers, we define a coherent residential intelligence specification across individual homes or multi-residence projects. Clear documentation and coordinated delivery keep the design intent at the centre.
Tell us about your residence, architectural plans, or development, and the experience you want to create.
The most discreet integration starts while the architecture is still taking shape.
